We would like to introduce a case study using the 3D radar safety system "RoboSafe" for problem-solving. Conventional optical sensors and laser sensors are affected by smoke, dust, chips, and splashes, as well as waste generated from machining, leading to many areas that could not be addressed by previous area sensors. After the introduction of this product, we were able to detect the presence of operators in hazardous areas, preventing machine restarts and contributing to the prevention of residual accidents. Prevention of restart! Usable in environmental conditions such as smoke, liquids, and powders where light and lasers cannot be used! Significantly enhances safety within the factory.

■Safe Restart Prevention Function The SRD System detects when an operator is in a hazardous area and prevents the machine from restarting, eliminating the need for the operator to verify whether the area is safe before restarting the machine. ■Functions in Environments Where Optical and Laser Sensors Are Difficult to Use Optical devices often fail due to dust, smoke, water, or waste generated during manufacturing processes. The SRD System is less affected by environmental factors such as smoke, dust, chips, and splashes from machining waste. ■The SRD System can be configured with an ISC-B01 (bus control unit) and up to 6 LBK-S01 (sensors). The maximum monitoring distance is 4m, and the detection zone can be changed in real-time, with remote settings possible via software. ■Programmable Mute Function You can configure a sensor group and programmatically disable the functions of the sensors in that group. Depending on production needs, operators can deactivate and access hazardous areas. Perfect alignment adjustment between sensors is not required.
